This weight loss journey needs a new chapter :(

I've not been really succeeding at weight loss. I'm still around 136 and I'd really like to get back in the 120s.
I'm currently on beta round of T25, but it's just not been working as far as weight.  I think I need to really redo my diet.  The holidays and various colds definitely took a toll and it took me about 2 months to finish alpha round.  Beta round is going better (I've actually done the first two weeks in...two weeks!) and I've noticed some changes in my body, like more definition and strength/endurance.  I'm still loving the workouts and I am actually capable of finishing two in a day!  I don't think it's as much exercise as I should be getting though and it's starting to have an effect on my legs.  I hope I don't get shin splints...  I do try to modify whenever I feel necessary, but it's probably only on 5-10% of the exercises.  I've also cut out upper focus and replaced it with Speed 1.0 in beta round because I really don't see why I need to increase my already gargantuan girl arms.

Perhaps I just need to work out a weekly menu and stick with it.  Eating pizza with Dusty is NOT working.  Maybe blogging more and owning up to my bad diet decisions will motivate me to stay on target.

Which is why I've decided to join Dietbet.  I mean, why not get paid to lose weight?  I joined the 4% in 4 weeks kickstarter with Heidi and Chris Powell (Extreme Weightloss) and I'm hoping that I can achieve ~6 lb of weight loss in these 4 weeks!  Which should get me back to the 120s...I hope >.<  I weighed in at 140.0 when I did it at 12 am, so I don't think it's necessarily correct for my morning weight.  I think I weighed 135.8 lb a few days ago in the afternoon.  Today was also the day I ate pizza and didn't exercise, so I probably gave myself a bit of an unfair advantage.  Oh well.  I put in $30 and I want it back!  I'm going to try to weigh myself in the evening at the end of it just to be fair anyway.  Still want to hit that 129 mark!

So what is my plan of attack?
1.  Finish T25; repeat a week for 4 total weeks (or do all the Speed ones because I love them!)
2.  Add in some elliptical time throughout the week.  100 kcal a day?
3.  Drink the fucking smoothie mix my mom got me.  I'm going to do it.  I'M GOING TO DO IT
4.  Snack only on fruit, nuts, and soybeans
5.  Eat healthy dinners 5 days a week
6.  Walk to school when it is not below 30 degrees outside
7.  Plan out dinners for the week

And I think that should do it!  I should also try to wake up earlier...
On a side note, I really want a sewing machine.
